My practice is built upon the effective, modern techniques learned through my training with the esteemed Grace Method Hypnotherapy School. This provides a solid foundation for accessing the subconscious and helping you rewrite old programming that may be holding you back.

Our work together is tailored to you. Here’s a typical flow:
Initial Discussion: We start by discussing your goals and what you'd like to achieve, ensuring clarity and alignment for our work together. This focused discussion is solely for understanding your desired outcomes and is not talk therapy.
Entering Hypnosis: I gently guide you into a comfortable, deeply relaxed state. This natural state, often referred to as hypnosis, allows the conscious mind to quieten, enabling more direct communication with the subconscious mind where lasting change occurs. Although the conscious mind is much less active in hypnosis, you remain aware and are always in control throughout the process.
Change Work: While you're under hypnosis, we use specific and tailored positive suggestions and visualisation designed to help you shift limiting beliefs and patterns held in your subconscious, following the Grace Method Hypnotherapy protocols.
Integration: We gently bring you back to full awareness, often feeling refreshed, and the session is best ended with brief post-discussion.
Ongoing Empowerment & Practice: A key goal is to empower you with tools to support your journey. In our first session, you'll learn valuable self-hypnosis techniques. Consistent, daily, practice of these techniques is essential for reinforcing the positive changes initiated during our guided sessions, enabling continued progress between appointments, and supporting you in maintaining your transformation long after our work together is complete. While some clients notice shifts quickly, deeper progress often unfolds over several sessions (typically 3-12).
As I complete my formal qualification, I'm offering sessions at a special introductory rate:
Initial Session: 90 minutes (includes self-hypnosis training) - £67
Subsequent Sessions: 60 minutes - £67
This introductory rate provides exceptional value, leveraging both certified training methods and extensive meditation expertise.
Important Note: Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. It is not suitable for crisis intervention or emergency mental health situations.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A £30 charge applies for changes made with less than 24 hours' but more than 3 hours' notice. Less than 3 hours' notice or non-attendance incurs the full session fee. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full details.
