My work combines the focused depth of Hypnotherapy with the grounding insight of over 20 years as a Raja Yoga teacher (yoga for the mind). This is a partnership designed to help you move from your head to your heart.

3. Tools for Independence: My goal is not to create dependency. In our very first session, you will learn practical tools to help you stabilise your desired inner state, helping you maintain your connection to yourself long after our work is done.
