Learn a Lifelong Skill: You will be taught a simple and powerful form of self-hypnosis. This is a key part of our first session, empowering you with a hands-on tool you can use immediately to continue and reinforce your progress between appointments and beyond.
Experience Guided Hypnotherapy: I will guide you into a state of hypnosis. This is a powerful state of deep, focused relaxation where your subconscious mind becomes highly receptive to positive suggestions. The main part of the session is dedicated to this process of change, gentle guidance to help you shift limiting beliefs and create the foundation for effective change.
Introductory Session (90 min): £97 [**£255] (Includes valuable training on the skill of self-hypnosis.)
Please note: We schedule 90 minutes for your introductory session. The actual duration is always tailored to your needs and can vary slightly, as our focus is on the effectiveness of the process, whilst respecting the clock. To ensure a relaxed pace, I recommend allowing an extra 15 minutes in your schedule afterwards.
While many clients report significant benefits from their first session (including learning self-hypnosis), experience shows that lasting transformation often requires a series of sessions, typically ranging from 3–12.
After your intro session, you have the option to continue with 60-minute follow-up sessions to deepen and sustain your progress.

Ongoing Sessions (1 x 60 min): £85 [£145]
Note: Actual session length can vary depending on client needs - typically 55-60 mins. Occassionally it may run over, so where possible leave 15 mins free time at the end of your session.

Initial Discussion: We start by discussing your goals and what you'd like to achieve, ensuring clarity and alignment for our work together. This focused discussion is solely for understanding your desired outcomes and is distinct from talk therapy.
Entering Hypnosis: I gently guide you into a comfortable, deeply relaxed state. This natural state, often referred to as hypnosis, allows the conscious mind to quieten, enabling more direct communication with the subconscious mind where lasting change occurs. Although the conscious mind is much less active in hypnosis, you remain aware and are always in control throughout the process.
Change Work: Whilst in hypnosis, we use specific and tailored positive suggestions and visualisation designed to help you shift limiting beliefs and patterns held in your subconscious, following the Grace Method Hypnotherapy protocols.
Integration: We gently bring you back to full awareness, allowing a few moments for you to reorient comfortably before concluding the session.
Ongoing Empowerment & Practice: A key goal is to empower you with tools to support your journey. In our first session, you'll learn valuable self-hypnosis techniques. Consistent, daily, practice of these techniques is essential for reinforcing the positive changes initiated during our guided sessions, enabling continued progress between appointments, and supporting you in maintaining your transformation long after our work together is complete. While some clients notice shifts quickly, deeper progress often unfolds over several sessions (typically 3-12).
Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. It is not suitable for crisis intervention or emergency mental health situations.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A £30 charge applies for changes made with less than 24 hours' but more than 3 hours' notice. Less than 3 hours' notice or non-attendance incurs the full session fee. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full details.
